Texas Hill Country

Hope you enjoy a small look at the Texas Hill Country, we went this past weekend and it was beautiful!  We live about 5 1/2 hours from there, we have been going every spring for many years now.  I believe the flowers this year are the prettiest I have ever seen.  If you get the chance take that trip to Llano and Fredricksburg and enjoy the scenery, but better do it soon or the bluebonnets will be gone.  Don't forget to eat at Cooper's if you do get to go, YUMMMMMM!  Hope you have a great spring and a fun filled and spiritual Easter Sunday.

Hello, I just stumbled across your blog while out surfing the web. Your photographs are lovely and really make me want to visit Texas. I lived in Dallas in 1963 & 64. I remember Texans as being very warm and friendly people. Some of the nicest folks I've ever met. I have been looking over your past posts and I am in love with your January 30th post. She is beauty! I would love to invite you over to my blog and I hope you like it enough to follow me, too. I'm a retired grandma that just started blogging this year. I have been meeting so many lovely ladies from all over the world. Blogging has opened up my eyes to how much we are all a like. Just women trying to raise our families and create a warm, cozy, safe home for them to love and cherish. I am your newest follower, and looking forward to becoming friends, Connie :)
